Singapore Press Holdings has incorporated two wholly-owned subsidiaries which will offer online services. They are SPH Interactive Pte Ltd and SPH Interactive International Pte Ltd. Mr Willie Cheng Jue Hiang, a director of SPH, is also a Director of the subsidiaries.
