		<description>Given the noise ratio at present, can we still bank on big names of corporations? Or would it be more realistic to evaluate the quality of the noise?

These tools are only as good as identifying where the noise are coming from and what is being said. Apart from that, it doesn&#039;t tell us how to respond or companies&#039; responsibilities towards their consumers.</description>
